為答謝教區直屬的九所學校領導管理人員在過去學年的無私付出與貢獻，澳門教區天主教教育委員會於二零二六年七月十三日，假富豪海鮮酒家舉行2025/2026學年的教區學校學年答謝晚宴。當晚，教區學校校監、校董會成員、校長及中高層管理人員等齊聚一堂，共同回顧本學年的教育成果，並展望教區教育的未來發展。
To express heartfelt appreciation for the dedication and selfless service of the leadership and management teams of the Diocese's nine schools throughout the past academic year, the Diocesan Catholic Education Commission (Comissão Diocesana da Educação Católica, C.D.E.C.) hosted the Annual Appreciation Dinner of Diocesan Schools for the 2025/2026 Academic Year on 13 July 2026 at Beverly Seafood Restaurant. School Supervisors, members of the School Management Committees, Principals, and senior management personnel from the Diocesan Schools gathered to reflect on the achievements of the past academic year while looking ahead to the future development of Catholic education within the Diocese.
本屆答謝晚宴邀請到教育及青年發展局龔志明局長、中央人民政府駐澳門聯絡辦教育與青年工作部石書正副部長、天主教學校聯會會長周伯輝神父、以及教區屬下各教育機構的負責人等嘉賓蒞臨。
Among the distinguished guests were Mr Kong Chi Meng, Director of the Education and Youth Development Bureau; Mr Shi Shuzheng, Deputy Director of the Education and Youth Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region; Fr Joseph Chow Pak Fai, President of the Macao Catholic Schools Association (MCSA); together with leaders from some of the Diocese's educational institutions and other distinguished guests.
李主教在致辭時回顧澳門教區四百五十年來的歷史，指出天主一直以祂的慈愛和恩寵引領教區發展。儘管時代不斷變遷，教區肩負的福傳使命始終如一，而教育正是實踐福音精神的重要途徑，不僅傳授知識，更肩負培育生命的使命。談及人工智能的迅速發展，李主教表示，教育界應積極善用新科技，讓人工智能成為促進學習、提升教學質素的重要工具；然而，科技本身沒有善惡之分，教育工作者更肩負引導和守護學生的責任，幫助他們正確、負責任地運用人工智能，避免利用科技作出不當或有害他人的行為，真正做到「AI向善」。他亦期望，人工智能的應用能有助學生追求真、善、美、聖等普世價值，在科技發展與人文精神之間取得平衡，培育兼具知識、品格和靈性的新一代。
Reflecting on the Diocese's 450-year history, the Most Reverend Bishop Stephen Lee Bun-Sang recalled how God has continually guided the Diocese with His loving mercy and abundant grace. Although times have changed, he stressed that the Church's mission of evangelisation remains unchanged, and that Catholic education continues to be one of the most important ways of witnessing to the Gospel by forming not only minds, but lives. Turning to the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence, Bishop Lee encouraged schools to embrace new technologies as valuable tools for enhancing learning and teaching. At the same time, he emphasised that technology itself is morally neutral, and that educators have the responsibility to guide and safeguard students in using Artificial Intelligence wisely and ethically, preventing its misuse for harmful or dishonest purposes. He described this as fostering "AI for Good", and expressed the hope that Artificial Intelligence would help young people pursue the transcendent values of truth, goodness, beauty and holiness, enabling technological innovation to go hand in hand with sound moral formation.
而教青局龔志明局長致辭時則表示，教區一直肩負著辦學育人的責任，為澳門培育了一代又一代人才。近年在主教帶領下，九所教區轄下的非高等教育學校更積極配合特區政府與國家的教育政策，全面參與並支持融合教育，秉承「有教無類」的精神，令澳門得以在經濟合作暨發展組織（OECD）的教育評估中，在「教育公平」與「學業表現」上名列全球前茅，是少數能同時實現「卓越」與「公平」的教育體系。而面對當前「少子化」與人口結構改變的新衝擊，特區政府已推出緩解措施，長遠將配合國家發展方向，結合人口及人才政策，希望能與教區及各辦學實體攜手共同應對。局長最後引用了「千言萬語、千家萬戶、千辛萬苦、千秋萬代」的「四個千」形容教育工作，深信在政策引領及社會各界共同努力下，澳門教育定能迎難而上，持續培育更多優秀人才。
Addressing the Dinner, Mr Kong Chi Meng, Director of the Education and Youth Development Bureau, affirmed that the Diocese has long fulfilled its responsibility of providing quality education and nurturing generations of talented individuals for Macao. Under the leadership of Bishop Stephen Lee in recent years, the Diocese's nine non-tertiary schools have actively aligned themselves with the educational policies of both the Macao SAR Government and the Nation, while fully supporting inclusive education in the spirit of "education for all". As a result, Macao has consistently ranked among the world's leading education systems in both educational equity and academic performance in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)'s international assessments, making it one of the few jurisdictions to achieve both excellence and equity in education. Turning to the challenges posed by declining birth rates and demographic change, Mr Kong noted that the Macao SAR Government has already introduced a range of relief measures and will continue, in the longer term, to align with national development strategies and integrate population and talent policies, working hand in hand with the Diocese and other school sponsoring bodies to meet these challenges together. Director Kong concluded by referring to the Four "Thousands" that characterise education: thousands of voices, reflecting the many perspectives on educational development; thousands of households, representing the families whom education serves; thousands of hardships, acknowledging the dedication of frontline educators; and thousands of generations, recognising the enduring impact of education upon society. He expressed confidence that, under the guidance of government policy and through the concerted efforts of all sectors of society, Macao's education system would continue to overcome challenges and nurture outstanding talent for generations to come.
晚宴上，教委會辦事處主任陳庭鋒博士亦向嘉賓們匯報了教區屬校以及教委會過去一年在天主教教育上取得的成果，並一同展望未來的發展藍圖，隨後更與全體與會人員合影留念。
During the Dinner, Dr Stephen Chan Teng Fong, Office Director of the C.D.E.C., also presented a summary of the Commission's work over the past year, highlighting the achievements of both the Diocesan Schools and the C.D.E.C. in promoting Catholic education, while sharing the Commission's vision for future development. The evening concluded with group photographs of all participants.
此次晚宴不僅為各校領導提供了交流辦學經驗的機會，更進一步促進了彼此的聯繫與合作。活動在溫馨歡樂的氣氛中圓滿結束，與會者皆期許未來持續並肩同行，以教育延續福音，以愛培育下一代，讓天主的仁慈繼續透過教區教育薪火相傳。
The Dinner provided an invaluable opportunity for school leaders to exchange experiences and strengthen collaboration across the Diocese. The event concluded in a warm and joyful atmosphere, with participants expressing their shared commitment to continue walking together in the mission of Catholic education, passing on the Gospel through education, nurturing the next generation with love, and ensuring that God's mercy continues to shine through the Diocese's educational ministry for generations to come.
