聖若瑟國際托兒所專責小組舉行工作會議



Project Meeting of the Special Task Force for

the Saint Joseph International Nursery



天主教澳門教區日前特別成立了專責小組,以支援天主教會大學暨高等教育基金轄下即將投入服務的聖若瑟國際托兒所。小組由李斌生主教出任主席及會議召集人,其餘成員包括教區天主教教育委員會辦事處主任陳庭鋒、聖若瑟大學商學及法律學院院長劉鈺馨、澳門教區梁文燕托兒所親子館院長劉小玲、以及聖若瑟國際托兒所所長Nair Cordoso。小組成員於二零二零年七月三日下午首次在聖若瑟國際托兒所舉行工作會議,在聽取所長介紹所內設施及教學理念後,各成員隨即為營運的方針及細節提供了多項建議,更就托兒所今後與教區各教育機構合作的可行性進行討論。


The Diocese of Macao has formed a special task force to support the Saint Joseph International Nursery founded under the Catholic Foundation for Higher Education that is currently in preparation. With Bishop Stephen Lee Bun-Sang as the President and Convenor of the task force, other members include Mr. Stephen Chan Teng Fong, Office Director of the Diocesan Catholic Education Commission; Professor Jenny Lao Phillips, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law, University of Saint Joseph; Ms. Lau Shiu Ling, Director of Creche Diocesana Helen Liang – Centro Familiar; and Ms. Nair Cordoso, Director of the Nursery. The task force members had a project meeting at the Nursery for the first time on the afternoon of 3 July 2020, where Ms. Cordoso first introduced to the other members about the facilities and teaching philosophy of the Nursery,  afterwards each member provided several directive and practical suggestions concerning the operation, and altogether they also explored the feasibility of collaboration between the Nursery and certain Diocesan Education Institutions.


  


聖若瑟國際托兒所可為最多240名一至三歲兒童提供全日托或臨時暫托服務,為幼兒建設安全舒適的環境,按幼兒成長階段與個人需要,提供適切保育照顧及培育活動,促進幼兒全面發展。所長Nair Cordoso向代表們介紹了各項設施,其後亦說明了托兒所的教學理念和採用的主題式學習教學法,以及受意大利瑞吉歐地區的學前教育模式啟發而創設的藝術工作坊,以進一步發展兒童的精細肌肉技能、創造力、批判性思維和感官探索。


The Nursery provides early education and child care services to up to 240 children of 1 to 3 years old through its full-day care or temporary care schemes, striving to provide a safe, nuturing and stimulating environment that offers the developmental needs for each child, while delivering a high quality, professional, convenient infant and toddler care, ensuring a play-based, multicultural and hands-on learning approach. The Director Ms. Cordoso offered the members of the task force a walk-through of the facilities, followed by the introduction of the theme-based approach curriculum and padagogy, along with the explanation of the atelier inspired by Reggio Emilia approach (student self-guided exploration originated in the Reggio Emilia region of Italy) to further develop children's fine motor skills, creativity, critical thinking and sensory exploration.
